Program Facilitators

Facilitators are trained volunteers who work to ensure safety and fairness for each participant in the process. Facilitators do not take sides or make decisions in the process. Those chosen to facilitate for Transitional Conferencing are skilled listened who are familiar with community resources and able to make meaningful referrals. All facilitators are bound by confidentiality.

We’re always looking for volunteers, especially those trained in Restorative Justice, to work with us on our mission.  Volunteers may facilitate conferences between people incarcerated and their families as they prepare for the transition back to family and the community.  Training is provided. Please contact us for more information.
